I didn’t receive an order or shipping confirmation. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that. It’s possible the email has gone to your junk folder or maybe we have an incorrect email address for you. If this happens, please contact us right away (firstname.lastname@example.org) so we can verify whether or not the order has been placed.
Can I cancel my order?
Because all of our products are “print on demand” and are ordered directly from the factory once you hit “purchase,” it is not possible to cancel an order once placed.

Something is wrong with my order and I would like to return it. Where do I send it?
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the products you purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be in the state in which you received them, and in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping returns.

The item is not what I expected. What do I do?
Please read the description of each item carefully before purchasing. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Therefore, our pictures of the products shown are for illustration purpose only and may not be an exact representation of the product.

Refunds are only offered if an item sent to you is faulty.
Refunds are provided back to the original method of payment and can take up to 10 days to process and appear on your card.
